PPP good and welcomed intention, wrong formula?

The Payroll Protection Program (PPP) is a lifeline for restaurants. But it’s also a big risk. Mason Hereford, the chef and owner of Turkey and the Wolf in New Orleans, is wondering if he should take it.


PPP, the intention behind the act was to allow for an immediate financial relief for small business, and alleviate the burden of unemployment in the process. On the ground, the intention does not necessarily seem to gain much support.
