HOW TO...
INGREDIENTS
3 Tsp instant coffee (I used Nescafe grounded regular coffee and it’s super tasty!)
3 Tsp sugar (you can add less sugar, but SUSU like it sweet)
3 Tsp hot water
3/4 cup to 1 cup milk (your choice), chilled or heated
ice cubes (optional)
* 1 Tsp = 5ml *Depending on how strong or sweet you like your coffee, you may change the portions, as long as the Coffee/ Sugar/ Water remain equal in parts.
NOW WHAT...
1. Add Coffee, sugar and hot water is added into a bowl and whisked until it reaches creamy, velvety creamy texture, similar to a creamy frosted cake topping.
Note; we recommend using a hand mixer as the process using a whisk can be tedious.
2. Once, you are satisfied with the texture, simply dollop the whipped coffee cream on top of your beverage of choice.
